Welcome to Looksnear LLP. By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Nature of Business

Looksnear LLP is a Hyperlocal Directory and Listing Platform.

Role: We act as an intermediary connecting local Vendors (Sellers) with Customers (Buyers).

Disclaimer: Looksnear LLP does NOT sell, manufacture, stock, or ship physical products directly. All transactions occur directly between Vendors and Customers. We provide only online listing and digital management services.

2. Terms for Vendors (Store Owners)

• Account Verification: All vendor registrations are subject to verification by our Telecalling Team. Looksnear reserves the right to reject or suspend profiles with false information.
• Listings: Vendors must ensure listings are accurate and legal. Banned, illegal, or adult content is strictly prohibited.
• Premium Membership: Fees paid for Premium Vendor Memberships (Top Ranking, Badges, Unlimited Listings) are non-refundable once activated.
• Communication: By registering, vendors agree to receive calls/messages regarding verification and leads.

3. Terms for Independent Partners (Freelancers, Telecallers & Team Leaders)

Role Definition: By purchasing the Starter Kit, you enroll as an Independent Business Partner (Commission Agent). You are not an employee of Looksnear LLP.

Enrollment Fee (Digital Kit)

A payment of ₹1180 is charged for the Digital Training Kit & CRM License.

• Access to Staff Dashboard & CRM Tools
• Digital Training Materials (PDFs/Videos)
• Server & Administration Setup

Since this is a digital service, the enrollment fee is non-refundable immediately after purchase.

100% Cashback Benefit (Performance Bonus)

• Partners active for 3 months receive 100% Cashback (₹1180) as a performance bonus in the 3rd-month payout.
• Partners leaving or becoming inactive before 3 months are not eligible.

Incentives

Earnings are strictly commission-based as per the Daily Slab Structure mentioned in the training kit. Looksnear reserves the right to hold or cancel payouts if fraudulent activity is detected.

4. Terms for Users (Customers)

• Limitation of Liability: Looksnear LLP is not responsible for the quality, pricing, delivery, or safety of vendor-provided services or products.
• Data Usage: By submitting enquiries, users agree that their contact details may be shared with respective vendors.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Vendor Subscriptions: No refunds once the plan is activated.
• Staff Cashback: 100% cashback in the 3rd-month payout if eligibility conditions are met.
• Forfeiture: Cashback is forfeited in cases of fraud or early exit within 15 days without valid output.
• General Users: Product refunds must be claimed directly from vendors.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, designs, and software on Looksnear LLP are protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Barnala, Punjab.
