Registration Fee

The one-time registration fee for Premium Membership is INR 999 and is non-refundable under any circumstances. By registering as a vendor on Looksnear LLP, you acknowledge that this fee supports the platform’s services and functionality.

Service Usage

Once a vendor is registered and starts utilizing the platform, no refunds will be issued for any subsequent services or promotions purchased through Looksnear LLP.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute with a customer regarding services offered, vendors must follow the established resolution protocols. Looksnear LLP is not responsible for financial disputes between customers and vendors.

For Freelancers

Looksnear LLP is committed to enabling freelancers to earn income by connecting with local vendors. This policy governs the terms under which freelancers may request refunds related to registration and platform usage.

1. Registration Fee

• One-Time Fee: Freelancers must pay a one-time registration fee of INR 1000 plus 18% GST (INR 180), totaling INR 1,180.
• Non-Refundable: The registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances. By completing registration, you acknowledge and agree that this fee is final.

2. Services Offered

• Earnings Through Vendor Registration: Freelancers earn income by registering vendors on the platform. Vendor registration is free, and earnings are commission-based.
• Performance-Based Income: Since freelancer income is performance-based, no refunds apply to commissions or earnings.

3. Dispute Resolution

• Vendor Disputes: Freelancers must resolve disputes directly with vendors. Looksnear LLP is not liable for financial disagreements.
